Took a trip to the local mall, to my surprise Bluenotes has moved into the old la senza store. So much better, lots of room, sales were great ( needed up Christmas shopping) all the staff were following public health and were friendly and happy.

Was very busy when I arrived but all the workers kept well organized and were incredibly helpful when it came to helping me select jeans. Will be going there again.

I was there shopping with my family after so long. I generally like Bluenotes but the employees are so rude for no reason. The perfumes were out on display and the reason you put them on display is that people will test it out. I was smelling them and the employee just walked upto me and started being rude for no reason and said I shouldn’t be testing them out. And she said she is allergic like how am I supposed to know. There is a way to talk to customers you cant just be like that.I work in retail too but I’ll always make sure I dont come off across as such a person. Bluenotes please train your staff better

I usually have no complaints having been a avid customer for many years but I was into the store just the other day, and was quite perturbed. Noone approached me to ask if I needed a help, and when I was ready to check out, the associate sarcastically said oh are you wanting to checkout. " Then when I walked the next associate to confirm the pricing on the one item I was buying

My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and my youngest daughter went into a change room with her to keep her safety secure. And the employee kicked my youngest out and opened the door while my diabetics was changing.
